About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Governance and Compliance Manager to join our team at Sky Media. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving contractual and procedural compliance across our business.

This is a newly created position that sits across Finance, Operations, and Sales, and you will work closely with multiple teams to enhance processes and controls for the end-to-end flow of revenues from deal creation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Governance in undertaking a full review of processes and controls, and work with relevant departments to capture areas that require simplification and additional transparency.
  • Coordinate audit processes, facilitating the provision of audit evidence to auditors, and own and operate certain controls to provide independent verification of compliance.
  • Work across departments to produce Sky Media risk assessments for review and approval, and maintain a change register for controls and processes to enable effective process tracking.
  • Be a regular point of contact for the business as we navigate through new processes and manage change.
Requirements
  • Analytical nature with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment across multiple departments and at all levels.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • CCAB Qualified.
  • Auditing experience.
  • Understanding of the UK TV market and trading dynamics.
  • Systems experience of Landmark, Salesforce, Tableau.
