As a Field Collections Specialist, your primary responsibility will involve visiting clients at their residences to negotiate and establish payment plans with customers who are in arrears. Exceptional customer service skills are essential for achieving success in this position.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting salary of £25,200 (paid monthly)

Candidate Qualifications

  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Access to a car or van for work purposes
  • Business use vehicle insurance
  • Availability to work 7.5 hours daily between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional Saturday availability between 9am and 4pm
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively, both indoors and outdoors
  • Excellent spoken English skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Dependable, organized, and confident
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to take initiative
