This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading EdTech company that is revolutionizing the way schools manage their finances and engage with parents.
Your Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, diligently chasing outstanding invoices and ensuring adherence to agreed payment terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear and professional communication, resolving queries promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline credit control processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the department.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and financial transactions, adhering to strict audit requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the credit control function.
We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. While prior experience in a credit control or accounting role is beneficial, it is not essential.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
