Grafton Banks Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join their finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations.

• Manage daily cash flows, including bank transfers, invoice financing, and exchange rates
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of the monthly cash flow forecast
• Provide weekly financial KPI reports and assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and year-end accounts
• Maintain the fixed assets register and perform monthly petty cash and credit card reconciliations
• Design and prepare standard and ad-hoc weekly and monthly management reports
• Provide holiday cover for purchase ledger and credit control tasks

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of practical experience in finance, with strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and exposure to accounting software. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with finance and non-finance professionals. The company offers support for further development, including AAT, ACCA, and CIMA qualifications.
