Role Overview:
We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to serve as the primary advocate for our clients. This role is pivotal in assisting new clients in navigating our technology and providing ongoing support to existing clients with unmatched service.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Success Specialist, you will:
- Address a variety of client inquiries, including service, account, and system-related questions, utilizing Zendesk while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS), software, or platform support.
- A background in customer support or success roles, with a preference for familiarity with Zendesk.
- Insight into financial services, investment platforms, or fintech is advantageous.
- Proficiency in managing complex inquiries and delivering analyses to senior stakeholders.
