About the Role

We are seeking an HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our HR function. As a key point of contact for managers and employees, you will ensure smooth and proactive communication both internally and externally, contributing to the efficient operation of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HR filing system
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and track and report on staff training and CPD hours
  • Generate HR reports and provide data analysis on key metrics
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Support the HR Manager with recruitment co-ordination, onboarding new employees, and right-to-work checks
  • Handle employee benefit enquiries and assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures
About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • First-class administration skills or experience gained within an HR environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Previous experience in an HR administrative role is desirable, as is a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. A CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it is also advantageous.
