Job Title: Full Time Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Full Time Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students, working closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with their learning, both individually and in small groups
  • Assisting with classroom behaviour management and ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment
  • Preparing and maintaining resources and materials for lessons
  • Providing pastoral care and support to students
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a classroom setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
