Store Operations Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and supporting your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Lead a team of colleagues, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and store efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and HR, to ensure seamless store operations.
- Monitor and maintain store standards, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
