About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Church View apartments in Sunderland. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to our service users, enabling them to lead their most independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, such as cooking, laundry, and personal care
  • Assist with activities and outings, including swimming, shopping, and social events
  • Work collaboratively with the service user to develop and implement their individualised support plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users, promoting their well-being and independence

Contract Details

We offer a range of contracts, including full-time and part-time positions, as well as sessional and bank hours to fit around your lifestyle. Working hours are on a shift pattern rota basis, including some weekend working.
