Agricultural Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Service Engineer to join our team at Vanta Staffing Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing fault diagnostics and maintenance on tractors, combine harvesters, and other farm equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform reactive and planned maintenance on our fleet of tractors, combine harvesters, and other farm equipment
  • Conduct fault diagnostics on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including inputting data into our vehicle management system
  • Work to maintain high standards of health and safety in the workshop
  • Collaborate with other members of the workshop team to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in providing maintenance and fault diagnostics on tractors, combine harvesters, and other farm equipment
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Live within a 45-minute commute of our workshop in Didcot
