About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Bodyshop Administrator at our Bodyshop in Boston. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced body repair environment, supporting dealers and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general Bodyshop administration to ensure compliance with audit standards.
  • Liaise with customers to arrange the booking in and scheduling of repairs, providing a prompt and courteous response to all external and internal customer enquiries.
  • Complete paperwork promptly and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  • Arrange the disposal of damaged parts to set timescales and maintain disposal logs.
  • Prepare job cards and parts orders, as well as other administrative duties.
  • Assist in the parts department, including parts ordering, parts booking, and safe storage of parts awaiting fitting.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Trainee Bodyshop Administrator or Experienced Bodyshop Administrator.
  • General understanding of accounts or strong numeracy and administration skills.
  • Excellent PC skills, particularly in Excel, and education to A Level or equivalent standard.
  • Excellent telephone manner and a valid UK driving license.
