ABEI ENERGY is at the forefront of the renewable energy industry, managing projects that generate power from various sustainable resources including photovoltaic, wind, green hydrogen, and biomethane.
Job Responsibilities
- Reviewing consultant-produced technical reports and producing project programs.
- Submitting planning applications and participating in internal and external meetings, briefings, and communications.
- Engaging with Local Authorities, statutory/non-statutory consultees, and public stakeholders.
- Coordinating with the UK Project Development team for schedules and deliverables.
- Reviewing Invitation to Tenders (ITTs) and received fee proposals.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Environmental Impact Assessment/Environmental Consultancy/Town Planning or similar.
- Bachelors degree in the above is acceptable, depending on experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in related roles, e.g., Senior Planner, Senior EIA coordinator.
- Experience in Town and Country Planning Act planning submissions.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat package proficiency.
- Qgis/ArcGis – Intermediate level.
- Google Earth.
- Spanish will be considered a plus.
