About Our Benefits

As a Relief Nursery Practitioner, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £10.50, plus a range of benefits, including:

What to Expect as a Relief Nursery Practitioner

You will be responsible for ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. You will also take ownership of observation, assessment, and planning for your key children, in line with EYFS, and provide developmentally challenging next steps. We encourage and praise children's development and achievements, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for providing a fun and engaging environment for our children.
