About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting with daily living tasks, assisting with personal care, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

As a Care Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families. You will work closely with our care team to deliver high-quality care and support, and contribute to the overall success of our care home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with personal care, including toileting and incontinence care
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including laundry and housekeeping duties
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Contribute to the overall success of the care home, through effective communication and teamwork
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine interest in working with older adults. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the role, and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
