We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Team Lead to join our team at Dee Set. As a Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and visual merchandisers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales associates and visual merchandisers: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team is meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Merchandise the store: Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed in a way that drives sales and meets company standards.
- Manage inventory: Count and reconcile inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Operate cash register: Process sales transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
- Perform opening and closing duties: Ensure the store is secure, lights are turned off, and the cash handling area is secure.
- Participate in visual merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising displays, including building and maintaining displays, and ensuring they are visually appealing and meet company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide solutions to customer needs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent: Required.
- 1-2 years of retail experience: Required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills: Required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule: Required.
- Basic math skills: Required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds: Required.
