Role: Associate Solicitor – Civil Litigation

Location: Manchester

Compensation: Up to £60,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package

About the Role

As part of the ongoing growth and enhancement of the Civil Litigation department, we are looking to recruit a seasoned Associate Solicitor to collaborate with our established Civil Litigation Team, handling a variety of cases encompassing all facets of Civil and Commercial Litigation.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and will have a background in areas such as breach of contract, nuisance claims, property disputes, and boundary issues.

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, thus the successful applicant will need to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in their work approach. The firm enjoys a consistent influx of new instructions from its existing clientele, and we are in search of a driven, technically proficient paralegal who can cultivate relationships and deliver an outstanding level of service.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE
  • Experience in Civil and/or Commercial Litigation
  • Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
  • Excellent technical and organizational abilities
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to approach legal matters from a commercial perspective
  • Client-focused with a commitment to service excellence
  • Team player willing to mentor and guide junior colleagues
