Hunter Savage is seeking a dedicated Procurement Administrator to enhance our client's operations in the supply chain sector. This permanent role is pivotal in supporting the purchasing team and ensuring efficient procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary support for Site Purchase Requisitioners.
- Manage the SAP materials management system effectively.
- Assist in the development and consolidation of local contracts and agreements.
- Generate and oversee regular reporting metrics.
- Facilitate internet auctions for the procurement of products and services.
- Support Catalogue Purchasing for consumables, identifying growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting.
- A degree in procurement or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and methodologies.
