Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Part-Time Support Worker for Waking Nights to become an integral part of our team. This role is essential in providing compassionate care to individuals with various needs, including learning disabilities, dementia, and mental health challenges.

Compensation: £12.00 per hour

Work Schedule: 27 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will engage with adults facing various challenges, ensuring they are actively involved in their care decisions. You will facilitate skill development through diverse activities.

Your role will include working overnight, providing exceptional care to residents. Responsibilities encompass administering medication, assisting with personal care, conducting safety checks, and performing household tasks. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and happy.

This role is incredibly rewarding and requires a blend of energy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others. Qualifications

Candidates must possess prior experience in mental health support. While specific qualifications are not mandatory, on-the-job training will be provided, along with opportunities for professional development as needed.
