Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team at Clear Legal Recruitment Limited.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in private family law, with experience in dealing with a wide range of matters including divorce, financial provision, children, nuptial agreements, and cohabitation disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on family law matters
  • Manage a caseload of private family law cases, including divorce, financial provision, and children matters
  • Work closely with the Team Leader/Partner to develop and implement business strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and ensure compliance with SRA Code of Conduct

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years PQE in private family law
  • Strong IT skills and ability to use case management software
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record of generating fees in accordance with agreed targets
