Position: Senior Registered Nurse

Specialization: Focused on Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and related neurological disorders.

About the Organization: Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is dedicated to providing exceptional nursing care and rehabilitation services for individuals facing challenges due to acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions. Our mission is to support these individuals in regaining essential life skills, enabling them to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nursing shifts, ensuring effective leadership and planning.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and general practitioner (GP) rounds.
  • Provide clinical oversight, including conducting audits and generating reports.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at £24, with potential for increase post-probation.
  • Paid breaks included.
  • Contract for 36 hours per week, with the possibility of additional shifts up to 46 hours weekly.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid NMC PIN.
  • Experience in preparing clinical reports and conducting audits.
  • Proven ability to lead and organize nursing shifts.
  • Flexibility to work across a Monday to Sunday schedule, including alternate weekends as needed.
  • Shifts are typically from 8 AM to 8 PM, with additional supernumerary days allocated for high-risk clinical audits and reports.
