Financial Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounts, with a focus on general ledger, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage cash flow, payments, and credits
* Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
* Prepare and submit payroll data
* Contribute to financial reporting, including cash flow forecasting and monthly management accounts
* Support compliance, audit, and VAT/tax documentation
Requirements:
* 5+ years in bookkeeping/AP/AR, ideal but not essential
* Advanced Excel skills
* AAT qualification (desirable)
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 10am - 3pm (negotiable)
