About the Role

We are seeking an Apprentice Maintenance Technician to join our team at Rogerstone Park, a flagship site in our Meals Solutions division. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of engineering service to minimize downtime and ensure the smooth running of factory production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Undertake planned maintenance work to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
  • Work on various projects, such as commissioning new equipment and upgrading existing kit.
  • Proactively look for new and improved ways of working to drive performance and reliability.
About You
  • You will be an apprentice training Maintenance Engineer, with either an electrical or mechanical bias.
  • Ideally from a food manufacturing background, but we're keen to hear from anybody with a few years' engineering maintenance experience who is looking for a new challenge.
  • A team player, somebody who can work collaboratively and make a positive contribution to the wider team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop good working relationships with colleagues at all levels across the business.
