Job Title: Total Rewards Lead

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Lead to join our HR team at ICF. This role will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end benefits enrolment, management, and compliance processes, including embedding ICF's reward strategy, developing market intelligence, reviewing salary surveys, and supporting our compensation ranges and benchmark review.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Benefits Administration: Responsible for the administration of benefit programmes, including Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Cycle to Work, and Childcare Vouchers. Liaise with internal departments on benefit costs, manage employee benefit queries, and monitor and evaluate the company's benefits programs.
  • Total Reward Team Management: Manage Total Reward professionals in Belgium and India, and be across compensation and benefits issues supported by the team.
  • Pension Administration: Responsible for the monthly processing of UK pension contributions, using our provider's system alongside internal payroll reports.
  • Compensation Analysis: Monitor internal equity and external benchmarks, support Leaders and Managers with compensation queries/issues, and apply knowledge/skills to support tasks related to all compensation disciplines.
  • Rewards Planning: Standard/periodic reporting and analytics, annual activities, and execute ad-hoc reporting for special projects.
  • Market Intelligence: Survey selection process, market data analytics and reporting, and attend webinars conducted by vendor companies and consultants.

Experience Requirements:
  • At least 5 yrs+ of compensation & benefits experience in high-growth companies.
  • Knowledge of Radford, WTW, and other published surveys.
  • Working knowledge of equity for a public company.
  • Business acumen and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring programs from concept to successful implementation.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment.
  • Proactive, collaborative team member with excellent attention to detail and strong sense of urgency and follow through.
  • Workday experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

This role will be part of the E&A regional HR management team and will be expected to collaborate with partners from HR centres of excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HRBP).

The Total Rewards Lead will be responsible for ensuring quality delivery, participation in all identified opportunities for improvement, and driving best practice.

This role will manage Total Reward professionals in Belgium and India and will have direct responsibility for compensation and benefits management for Spain as well as the UK.

The role will be key in communicating with employees and managing all queries related to our benefits offerings, documentation, policies, reporting & metrics, audits, and compliance.

The Total Rewards Lead will be responsible for embedding ICF's reward strategy, developing market intelligence, reviewing salary surveys, and supporting our compensation ranges and benchmark review.

This role will be responsible for the administration of benefit programmes, including Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Cycle to Work, and Childcare Vouchers.

The Total Rewards Lead will be responsible for managing employee benefit queries, monitoring and evaluating the company's benefits programs, and ensuring these programs are current with regard to legislations, trends, practices, and costs.

This role will be responsible for liaising and partnering with market vendors for renewals, benefit queries, and employee issue resolution.

The Total Rewards Lead will be responsible for completing data requirements gathering, file validation/submission, and testing processes for compensation tools and benefits vendors/platforms.

This role will be responsible for data/files management and reporting, supporting Finance and Accounting teams in annual benefits fringe calculations and reporting.

The Total Rewards Lead will be responsible for managing Total Reward professionals in Belgium and India, and being across compensation and benefits issues supported by the team.

This role will be responsible for demonstrated ability to bring programs from concept to successful implementation, ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment, and being proactive, collaborative, and having excellent attention to detail and strong sense of urgency and follow through.
