Job Title: Valet Attendant

The Peninsula London is seeking a skilled Valet Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our laundry department, you will be responsible for coordinating hotel linen, guest, and staff laundry with internal and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate hotel linen, guest, and staff laundry with internal and external service providers.
  • Ensure proper book-keeping and records of all laundry services.
  • Execute daily checks on uniforms, linen, and guest laundry, with RFID inventory to avoid discrepancies.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean laundry area and assist with machine cleaning prior to the end of each shift.
  • Assist the Wardrobe Supervisor with monthly inventory of uniforms, chemicals, machines, cleaning supplies, maintenance, and attic stock.
Requirements:
  • Laundry operations experience, including high-quality fabric/linen experience and/or dry cleaning.
  • Passion for quality luxury hotel service with exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
  • Flexibility and capability of working under pressure.
