Job Title: Senior Landscaping Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Landscaping Project Manager to lead and manage site operations for high-end landscaping projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in landscape project management, particularly in high-end developments, and hold a valid SMSTS certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage site operations for high-end landscaping projects.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (H&S) and company policies.
  3. Collaborate closely with design teams and clients to meet project specifications.
  4. Supervise site staff and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  5. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, addressing any issues proactively.
  6. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in landscape project management, particularly in high-end developments.
  2. Valid SMSTS certification.
