We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems in a large commercial estate in Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities- Electrical Maintenance and Repair: Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and refurbishment of electrical systems, ensuring standards are maintained to maximize organizational effectiveness.
- Health and Safety: Observe statutory and other relevant requirements at all times, particularly those relating to the Health & Safety at Work Act, COSHH regulations, and Electrical IEE regulations.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and input to projects and initiatives, and assist the maintenance team with other PPM/extra works-related tasks.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate the highest levels of customer service and build effective working relationships with other staff and external parties.
- Qualifications: Electrically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Experience: A proven track record in commercial building maintenance and good communication skills.
- Salary: £32,300 per annum.
- Holidays: 36 days holiday (including 28 days annual leave and 8 bank holiday days).
