About the Role:

Kairos Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Repro Operator to join our client's Packaging Studio. As a Repro Operator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality artwork and colour-corrected images for print-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently deliver accurate and high-quality artwork and repro files

• Colour manage and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Step files via Plato/Artpro+

• Demonstrate sound knowledge of printing processes, including Litho, Flexo, and Gravure

Requirements:

• Good attention to detail

• Knowledge of Flexo origination and colour management

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
