We are seeking a highly experienced Principal or Director of Ecology to join our team at CleanTech Talent. As a leading consultancy in the Energy Development sector, we offer a unique opportunity for a senior ecology professional to take on a leadership role and drive our environmental consultancy forward.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing projects and teams, with technical ownership of deliverables. They will be responsible for leading our 30+ ecology team, working on big wind farm projects, and developing the existing ecology team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects (budgets/cashflow) and teams, taking technical ownership of deliverables
- Be the technical lead of the ecology team
- Work on big wind farm projects, ecology, and ornithology chapters
- Represent, lead, and develop the existing ecology team
- Commercial and project management skills
What We Offer:
