Early Years Educator

Are you passionate about working with children and helping them grow and develop? Our Early Years Skills Bootcamp is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your career in this rewarding field.
What to Expect:
- Register with Realise and meet your dedicated Career Coach for one-to-one support throughout the programme.
- Apply for your DBS, which is fully funded by Realise.
- Choose from our 3-week in-person course or 6-week mid-week or 12-week Saturday only online programme, both of which cover the essential skills required for a successful career in early years.
- Gain your paediatric first aid qualification, a valuable asset in any childcare setting.
- Upon completing the course, your Career Coach will assist you in finding apprenticeship opportunities, leading to a level 3 apprenticeship recognised by the industry.
- Finish the course in six months less than other available routes, giving you a head start in your career.
What We Offer:
Our Early Years Skills Bootcamp is entirely free, including essential certifications like paediatric first aid and the DBS application. Upon successful completion, you'll be guaranteed an interview for a paid position at a nearby nursery, with the option to transition to an accelerated level 3 early years educator apprenticeship, saving you up to 6 months of learning time and helping you become qualified faster.
Please note that this training course is fully funded, meaning learners don't have to pay anything for the qualification.
