Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speciality Doctor to join our Care of Elderly and Frailty team at Causeway Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients, working closely with consultants, specialty doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with complex needs, including those with frailty and elderly care requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in educational activities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
