Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal Antenna Design Engineer to join our team at Langham Recruitment Limited.

About the Role

  • Design and deliver innovative antennas with supercomputing facilities, working closely with expert support teams.
  • Manage complex antenna design, product development, and ongoing technical problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Travel periodically for technical reviews of products.

Requirements

  • Security clearance eligibility.
  • Experience with Electromagnetic (EM) Simulation for analysis and design optimization using CST Microwave Studio, FEKO, or HFSS.
  • Theoretical and/or practical knowledge of antenna measurement and related equipment (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, etc.).
  • Model-driven engineering experience using MATLAB & Simulink.
  • Deep understanding of system requirements to derive design and architecture requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in multidisciplinary teams.
