Position Overview: We are seeking a recent graduate or trainee in Building Surveying to join our dynamic team at EA First. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive environment that emphasizes career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all facets of building consultancy and estimating, including both pre-contract and post-contract services.
  • Assist in the preparation of final accounts and claims documentation.
  • Contribute to financial reporting, ensuring accuracy in final accounts and claims.
  • Engage in cost management and cash flow oversight for assigned projects.

Pre-Contract Services:

  • Prepare detailed measurements and compile Bill of Quantities (BQ) documents.
  • Provide procurement guidance and assist in contract formulation.
  • Offer risk management insights and prepare tender submissions.

Post-Contract Services:

  • Deliver budgetary advice, including cash flow management.
  • Oversee the contract documentation process and produce procurement schedules.
  • Prepare and review valuations, generate reports, and manage project expenditures.

Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving disputes and claims effectively.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
