About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Early Careers Development Programme as an Apprentice Site Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our construction projects and developing your skills and knowledge in site management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of construction projects, including site preparation and planning.
  • Support the development of project costs and budgets, and provide commercial advice on contracts and costs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for site enquiries and provide operational support to the project team.
  • Build relationships with our supply chain partners to ensure the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • A competitive salary, starting at £23,400, with opportunities for salary progression up to a maximum of 5% every 6 months.

Requirements
  • A minimum of BBB at A-level, or equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 120 UCAS points.
  • 5 GCSEs at A-C, including maths and English, or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel to our construction sites for on-the-job learning and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and supply chain partners.
