About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Colchester Borough Homes (CBH). As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our portfolio of residential, commercial, and public buildings throughout the City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
