\t* Dealing with client queries and correspondence
\t* Opening and closing files, including AML checks
\t* Conducting searches online and using the Land Registry portal to order official copies, leases, and title plans
\t* Preparing quotes and completion statements
\t* Assisting fee earners in preparing reports on title, mortgage, and search reports
\t* Raising enquiries and replying to requisitions
\t* Generating Stamp Duty Land Tax calculations and submitting applications
\t* Drafting forms such as AP1s and TP1s
\t* Preparing and submitting bills, receipts, and payments to the accounts department
\t* Using the Land Registry portal to submit registrations and reply to requisitions
