We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Vehicle Technician at JLR Newport. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable franchise, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellence.

About the Role

  • As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles, including clutch replacement and cam belt replacement.
  • You will work closely with our experienced Service Leader and mentor to develop your skills and knowledge, with regular check-ins to monitor your progress.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a range of vehicles, including JLR models, and develop your expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

  • A level 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as automotive engineering or mechanics.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop your skills, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of motivation and enthusiasm, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
