We are looking for a talented and experienced Spa Specialist to become a part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering a variety of beauty and wellness services to our clientele, ensuring they depart feeling refreshed and revitalized.
The perfect candidate will possess flexibility and be available to work weekends and throughout the week, with a commitment of up to 16 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering an array of spa services to clients, including therapeutic massages, skin treatments, body exfoliations, and other beauty and wellness offerings.
- Ensuring that all services are performed to the highest standards, making clients feel at ease and relaxed.
- Providing guidance to clients on the most suitable treatments and products for their individual needs.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, including the cleaning and sterilization of tools and equipment.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control.
- Complying with health and safety regulations, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients at all times.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and addressing client needs effectively.
- Keeping accurate records of client information while ensuring confidentiality is upheld.
- Staying informed about industry trends and participating in training sessions as necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a Spa Specialist or in a comparable position.
- A recognized certification in beauty therapy or massage therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- A genuine enthusiasm for beauty and wellness.
- A flexible and adaptable work ethic, with the willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
