About the Role

As a Home Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs. You will be the driving force behind the success of our care home, shaping the service and team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of nursing care best practices, sector-specific legislation, and governance frameworks. You will be expected to inspire, lead, and manage a team, while also being able to build relationships with local commissioners and professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' management experience, preferably in a complex care setting. You will also have a thorough understanding of clinical, business, digital, and operational skills, as well as excellent communication and time management skills.
