About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Developing new business client relationships through various methods, including cold calling, booking calls, and sending prospective candidates.
- Entering job applicants' CVs and contact details into our company database for future reference.
- Establishing a strong network of candidates within your niche market space.
- Sourcing and/or head-hunting candidates for recruitment vacancies.
- Achieving recruitment sales targets and working to deadlines to achieve set sales objectives.
- Managing the candidate experience through the recruitment process, from selling the opportunity through to the offer stage.
- Producing and posting job adverts to help attract relevant candidates.
- Producing and posting content to help establish your personal and ARTO's brand.
