Main Purpose of Job:
As a key member of the Flourish Craft Bakery Ltd team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy café and pizzeria, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Implement and maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene and health and safety across all areas of the café and kitchen.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Front of House Team to provide professional and friendly service to all customers.
- Take charge of managing shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Reporting Structure: The Cafe Operations Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
- Working Hours: 45 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekends.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Represent Flourish Craft Bakery Ltd positively and professionally at all times, embodying the brand's values and mission.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the café, including eat-in, takeaway, and order collection services.
