We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifting Engineer to join our team at BES Group. As a Lifting Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and successful execution of complex lifting operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide independent and impartial advice to customers during the planning and execution phases of projects.
- Understand project briefs and ensure the highest level of Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
- Use AutoCad to plan and manage complex lifting operations.
- Work as part of a project team and ensure common operational procedures are being followed.
- Liaise with Project Managers and ensure they are kept up to date.
- Review all projects received, identifying any issues prior to the work commencing.
- Utilise reporting software to accurately record all required documentation.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service, while representing our company professionally.
- A minimum standard starting salary from £55,000 depending on experience and location.
- £5,500 annual car cash allowance.

- 25 days annual leave increasing each year up to a maximum of 5 days plus 8 bank holidays.
