We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Care and Operations to join our Leadership Team, working under the guidance of a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the education team, parents, and carers to meet the needs of our children and young people.
  • Liaise with members of the school community, as well as other residential schools and external agencies, to ensure a responsive and professional service.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and associated action plans, ensuring effective systems are in place for policies, procedures, and monitoring.
  • Lead and support the development and delivery of care and education services, aligning with National Care Standards and Government initiatives.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of leading and supporting the development and delivery of operational strategies.
  • Commitment to and respect for the Camphill ideology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and external partners.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
