Labourer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Labourer to join our team at our Shipston-on-Stour location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist skilled tradespeople and construction workers on-site.
  • Carry out general labouring duties, including site preparation, cleaning, and organising materials.
  • Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a labouring or construction role.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Valid and reliable transportation to the Shipston-on-Stour location.
  • Valid DBS Check.
