Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough site assessments and take-offs to determine project costs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of estimating procedures and protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong background in residential and commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate and detailed estimates on time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
