We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to become an integral part of our Commercial team, focusing on significant construction projects.

Employment Type:
Full Time, Permanent – flexible and part-time hours can be accommodated upon request.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver commercial insights, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to the management team.
  • Ensure that business objectives and KPIs are consistently surpassed.
  • Prepare monthly cost/value reports, collaborating with contract team members to analyze results and identify trends.
  • Generate comprehensive commercial reports, reviewing outcomes and trends with the project team.
  • Conduct physical measurements of work and reach agreements with clients and subcontractors.
  • Oversee the certification and payment processes for subcontractor accounts, ensuring alignment with forecasts.
