About the Role

Oyster is seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join our team in a client lead role managing iconic office buildings in London. As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile assets, collaborating with our Asset Manager to drive value-added services and enhance asset values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 5 high-profile office buildings in London, with a focus on enhancing asset values and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with our Asset Manager to develop and implement value-added services, including ESG, Prop tech, placemaking, building strategy, and occupier engagement.
  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans to drive growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Surveyor role, with a focus on property development and management.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
