Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at Moseley. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our high expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves happy and satisfied.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or Commis Chef.
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety.
