About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Grandir UK. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Key Carer: Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children, ensuring their individual needs are met and their well-being is prioritized.
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of our Early Years curriculum, ensuring it meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Staff Support: Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.
  • Site Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and interest in working across two sites, 0-3s (Nursery) or 3-5s (Preschool).

Requirements
  • Level 2 or Above in Early Years: Hold a Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years.
  • Enhanced DBS Check: Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
