Role Overview:
As the Project Supervisor, you will engage with the site personnel, engineers, quality assurance teams, upper management, and clients to guarantee that the project is completed safely, punctually, and adheres to the required quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site safety protocols in collaboration with the project team and safety management.
  • Take a proactive role in site quality assurance alongside the QA Manager.
  • Oversee daily site operations effectively.
  • Ensure proper management of changes in project scope (Cost & Schedule).
  • Directly manage the project team, ensuring alignment across all disciplines to achieve project objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with clients to foster future project opportunities.
  • Guide and motivate a large team to fulfill all project requirements and timelines.
  • Ensure that all subcontractor documentation, including safety records, is current and properly archived.
  • Assist in labor forecasting based on input from field supervisors.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure all project variations are documented and costs communicated to clients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the complete design and construction process.
  • Proven ability to manage personnel and project timelines effectively.
  • An Engineering Degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing large-scale projects.
  • Must possess an EU passport or right to work documentation.
