**About the Role**

We are seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join our team at Ably Resources, specializing in private client and residential conveyancing work. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, executries, asset protection, and inheritance tax planning.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deal with residential conveyancing transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, and liaising with clients and other parties involved in the transaction.
  • Provide advice on private client matters, including wills, trusts, and executries, and assist clients with asset protection and inheritance tax planning.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of our private client and residential conveyancing practice, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients and other professionals.

**Requirements**

  • Qualification as a solicitor in Scotland.
  • Experience in private client and residential conveyancing work, gained during your traineeship.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and other professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
